Purpose<\/h3>\n<p>These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between Digimantle LTD, operator of the www.culina-mix.com website, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the seller&#8221;, and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via said website, hereinafter referred to as &#8220;the customer&#8221;. These general conditions of sale take precedence over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by the seller.<\/p>\n<h3>2. Products<\/h3>\n<p>The products offered for sale on the www.culina-mix.com website are presented with their essential characteristics and price. The seller reserves the right to modify the range of products offered for sale at any time.<\/p>\n<h3>3. Awards<\/h3>\n<p>Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and exclusive of delivery charges.
